Large combination living and dining room was completely empty and presented an obstacle to potential buyers who were unable to envision living in the space.  Properly scaled furnishings were pulled from our warehouse and placed in the vacant house.  A comfortable conversation area was created in the living room.  In the dining room an intimate setting was fashioned with a glass table and woven wicker chairs.  The space was also given extra life and color through the placement of plants and floral arrangements. 

Staging in this large and empty room required establishing two seating areas to fill the space.  A large sofa, coffee and end tables, club chairs helped to fill the space and will be certain to give potential buyers an excellent feeling of what it would be like to live in this house.  Details are never over looked, lighting and accessories are always a part of our staging scheme.
