Large living room had been over run by toys and a game table, potential buyers couldn't see past the clutter.  Toys and game table were moved out and the space was reclaimed as an elegant living room. The sectional sofa was repositioned to open the space and provide a more comfortable sitting area.  The slip cover was removed and an area rug was added giving this area definition.  In addition, a coffee table, accessories, lighting and plants were added giving the space some needed personality.
